If we could communicate using a natural energy source, what would it be – and how could it be done?
We’ve invented satellites, microwaves, cellphone towers, telephone lines, and more. Do you think nature contains an element that could be used for worldwide communication? At first, solar power comes to mind. But how could that be used to communicate? Have we failed to notice a natural energy source that could replace WiFi as we know it?

From what I know of both mediums, you cannot really transmit them in waves that would allow communications between computers. I do not see gas lines being ran for high speed internet, and if they were not contained, then they would just simply disappear into the atmosphere. As for Solar Power, that is somewhat possible, but if you have ever lived on solar power, the power does not last very long after the sun goes down. And again, you would have to run lines to distribute the power and send the signal to the prospective client. I do not see either being used to provide the Internet via a wireless medium. But, 100 years ago, people never suspected us going into space. So you could very well be on to something.
